Before you apply

Common programme questions.

Do I need any gym experience?

No. Raise The Bar is designed for beginners and people returning after time away from training.

How do the programme sessions work?

Raise The Bar includes 2–3 coached programme sessions each week. Jake will confirm the session arrangements with you before you commit.

Are measurements and progress photographs compulsory?

No. Jake encourages you to take your own measurements, photographs and check-ins because they can make progress easier to recognise, but they are optional and completed by you.
